After some hard mistakes of the former Justicar di Zagreb Lotharius show up as new Justicar of Clan Tremere hat Lucindes Conclave 2014. There he spoke his first Speech to the Kindred an the Camarilla. His words spread throw the domains.

IN THE NAME OF THE CAMARILLA

As one of you I stand here, proudly with my head up high as one of the supreme judges of the Camarilla.

This dignity to bear I am ready, to judge the guilty blood. In the name of the Camarilla, as Justicar of House and Clan Tremere. Warned be those among you who walk on errand paths, harm the Camarilla or even serve the Sabbat.

With my sword raised I shall thin out our ranks and slay the traitors with no previous warning.

Those in doubt and those aberring, however, may be lead on the right path. Should they rest in inobedience, they shall also be struck by the final punishment of my court of the blood.

So be this my banishing spell, my oath and my promise. Witnessed by the circle of the High Elysium and by the presence of these children of Caine.

As I stand here, Lotharius, Justicar and Elder of House and Clan Tremere in the name of the Camarilla.

Those amoung you who are young of age, however, I encourage you to be brave. Walk your path, which has been traveled by so many of your Elder before. So you are our hopes in times of quick progress and the brevity of aeras. Take on your responsibility that the Camarilla shall bestow upon you. Yet always preserve the respect and the memory of those who prepared this path for you long ago.

Now I shall leave you, for there is much to do. But my vigilant eye will find those among you who break the Traditions, who betray the Camarilla or who enter the realm of the Sabbat.
